  • Regarding accommodation receipts

    You can issue a receipt for your stay on your reservation My Reservation Page that is provided when you make a reservation.

  • Do you have non-smoking rooms?

    Our hotel offers non-smoking rooms in single, twin and double rooms.
    Please note that if we are fully booked, we will deodorize the smoking rooms.
    Please select a non-smoking room when making your reservation.
    Also, we do not have any non-smoking deluxe rooms available due to limited availability. If you would like a non-smoking room, please write it in the comments section. If we are fully booked, we will prepare a room with deodorizing features.

  • Can you call a taxi for me?

    Please contact the front desk and we will make the arrangements.

  • Can I use PayPay?

    You can use PayPay for payment.

  • How much is the cancellation fee?

    The cancellation policy is as follows:

    ・The day before: 20% of the accommodation fee
    On the day: 80% of the accommodation fee
    ・No-show: 100% of the accommodation fee will be charged.

  • Can I leave my luggage before check-in?

    We can also store your luggage before check-in. Please leave your luggage at the front desk.
    Please let us know that you will be staying overnight on the day you leave your luggage.

  • Can I use a credit card to pay?

    Various cards, IDs, Rakuten PAY, PAYPAY, transportation cards, WAON, etc. can be used.

  • Is the front desk open 24 hours a day?

    The front desk is open 24 hours a day.
    If you have any problems or questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

  • What time do I need to check in?

    Front desk staff is available 24 hours a day.
    There is no curfew, but if you plan on arriving after midnight, we would appreciate it if you could let the hotel know your expected arrival time.

  • Is there a trouser press?

    Trouser presses are available for rental.
    Please ask the front desk staff.

  • Is there an iron?

    There are irons available for rental.

  • Are there humidifiers and air purifiers?

    We have humidifiers and air purifiers available for rental.

  • Are there refrigerators in the rooms?

    We have an empty refrigerator available for you to store your own food and drinks in.
    Depending on the plan, we may provide you with bonus items such as mineral water.

  • Can you send me my lost items?

    Any items left behind during your stay will be kept for a certain period of time.
    If you have left something behind, please contact us by email or phone.
    We will send it to you by mail, but the shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

  • Can I extend my check-out time?

    This will be available at an additional charge as listed below.
    1,200 yen (excluding tax) for each additional hour

    Please note that we will not be able to accommodate you if the room is fully booked.

  • If I book more than two rooms, will the rooms be next to each other?

    Due to the structure and layout of the building, and the number of guests staying consecutive nights, it may not be possible to place rooms next to each other, but if requested, we will try to place you in rooms as close as possible.
    *Our hotel has an East Wing (single rooms only) and a Main Wing (other room types). Both are connected by corridors on each floor, so please rest assured.

  • Can I make calls between rooms?

    Yes, you can call us.
    You can also make calls between rooms by answering the phone in your room and pressing the room number you wish to call.
    The front desk is connected via number 6.

  • What does breakfast include?

    Breakfast at our hotel is served in a Japanese and Western style buffet style.
    Staple foods available are bread, rice, and udon!!
    If you come to Sanuki, why not choose udon as your staple food for breakfast?
    We have a wide range of dishes, from Western menus such as egg dishes to Japanese cuisine.
    Soy beans, flat-headed tempura, salt-grilled salmon, meat and potatoes, soft-boiled eggs, etc.
    After-meal fruit, coffee and tea are also available at the buffet.
    Please feel free to use it.

  • I’m not staying overnight, but can I still have breakfast?

    Even guests not staying at the hotel can enjoy the breakfast buffet.
    Breakfast is served from 7:00am to 9:30am.
    Tickets can be purchased at the front desk, so please feel free to use this service.
    Please note that on some days, you may have to wait a little if we are serving large groups.
    Please be aware of this in advance.

  • Information about Seafood Restaurant Iso no Takumi

    This restaurant is suitable for both families and business travelers.
    There are counter seats, box seats, and tatami rooms, all with sunken kotatsu tables, so even those with bad legs can comfortably sit and relax!
    The restaurant offers a wide variety of dishes, from sashimi and tempura made with seafood and mountain produce from the Seto Inland Sea to kids’ menus and set menus.

  • We also offer set plans that include banquets/meetings and accommodation.

    A must-see for business travelers! Our hotel also accepts banquets, meetings, and seminars.
    We have a wide range of venues available, from private rooms for six people to banquet halls that can accommodate 400 people.
    The hotel’s head chef will prepare meals that make the most of seasonal ingredients and suit your budget and preferences, and will serve you with all his heart.

  • Is there a bicycle rental facility?

    Yes, we do provide them free of charge to our guests.
    If you fill out the required form at the front desk, we will prepare it immediately.

  • Is there a place to buy souvenirs in the hotel?

    Yes, we do.
    At the souvenir corner in front of the front desk, we are selling Sanuki udon noodles from Hinode Noodle Factory, sweets made with the local specialty Wasan, chicken on the bone, and more.
    Please purchase it as a souvenir for your business trip or travel.

  • Are there vending machines and ice machines?

    Vending machines are located on the 1st, 3rd, 4th, and 5th floors of the East Building.

  • Is there Wi-Fi in the building?

    Free Wi-Fi is available in all guest rooms.
    You can also comfortably use the front desk and cafe on the first floor.
    Please feel free to use it during your stay.

  • How should I store my valuables?

    We will store your luggage in a dedicated safe at the front desk, so please feel free to ask.

  • Are there washing machines and dryers?

    There is a laundry corner on the 3rd floor.
    Very convenient for consecutive stays and sports groups.
    Families with small children can also use the facility with peace of mind.

  • Can I connect to the Internet?

    Fiber optic internet is available free of charge. LAN cables are installed in the rooms.
    If you bring your own laptop computer, you can easily connect.

  • Are there accessible toilets?

    Yes, it is located on the first floor.
    It is also easily accessible for those in wheelchairs.

  • Is there an ATM corner?

    There is no convenience store in the building, but there is one at 7-Eleven about a 2-minute walk away, and at Lawson about a 5-minute walk away.

  • Can I borrow a wheelchair at the hotel?

    Yes, we do lend them out.

    *There is a limit to the number of bikes available. Please note that we will be unable to accept your request if all bikes are currently being rented.

  • Is there a large public bath?

    Yes, we do.
    Business hours: 6:00-9:00, 16:00-24:00
    Please be sure to bring the towels provided in your room when using the facility.
    *The women’s large bath has number security.

  • Information about the natural stone bath “Iyashi no Sato Sarai”

    Guests staying at our hotel can use the natural stone baths at “Iyashi no Sato Sarai,” located just a 2-minute walk away, free of charge!
    *Some plans only include discount coupons.

    * Healing Village Sarai is a hot spring facility created with the theme of “health and healing.” In the facility, you can enjoy various baths, including an indoor bath made of sanukite stone, an open-air bath made of Bad Gastein ore, a tub bath, and a foot bath.

    Points to note when using the facility: ・You can bring towels from the hotel during your stay. Please be sure to bring the towels back to the hotel.
    ・Please refrain from wearing robes, slippers, etc.
    ・In addition, if you require bath towels or other items at the cleaning facility, a towel set will be required for 200 yen, and if you wish to use the relaxation room on the second floor, a loungewear set will be required for 500 yen.
    ・As this is an annex facility, please settle your bill on site.

    ■□Notice of closing days□■
    The facility is closed for maintenance four times a year.
    It is held every third Thursday in January, April, July, and October.
    Please be careful when using this service.

  • Can large trucks be parked?

    Yes, you can.
    Please park in the second or third parking lot.
    This is a free flat parking lot, so large trucks can also be parked.
    If you would like to use this service, please inform the front desk when you check in.

  • Access from the expressway

    [From the Setouchi Expressway towards Honshu: Sakaide Kita IC exit]
    After leaving the toll gate, go straight and turn left at the second traffic light (where the Sunkus convenience store is), and the blue building you will see on your left is our hotel.

    [From the Shikoku Expressway/Takamatsu Expressway: Sakaide IC exit]
    After exiting the toll gate, head towards Takamatsu and Sakaide and you will come onto National Route 11.
    Continue along the side road, turn left at the first traffic light (gas station), and proceed into Sakaide city.
    After going for about 1.8 km, you will come to a T-junction where it intersects with Prefectural Route 33 (where Sakaide City Hospital and Iyo Bank are located), so turn left there.
    Turn right at the first traffic light (there is a Hanamaru Udon restaurant on the corner) and go straight at the first traffic light (there is a convenience store Once you pass the 7-Eleven, the blue building you will see on your left is our hotel.

  • How much is parking?

    Our hotel offers free parking. No reservation is required. Guests who come by car are very satisfied with the facilities, as there are approximately 30 cars in the first parking lot in front of the hotel, 120 cars in the second parking lot across the road, and 80 cars in the third parking lot behind the hotel.

  • Can I reserve a parking space?

    We do not accept reservations.
    We have 300 parking spaces available, but if you have any questions, please contact the front desk.

  • Access from Takamatsu Airport

    For those coming to Kagawa by plane, if you are going to Sakaide, it is definitely more economical to use Kotosan Bus Co., Ltd.’s “Airport Limousine Bus”!

    [General Route]
    1. Travel from Takamatsu Airport to Takamatsu Station (30 minutes by taxi: approx. 4,700 yen, 40 minutes by bus: 40 yen) ② Take JR to Sakaide Station (30 minutes by rapid train: 440 yen) 3. Take a taxi to the hotel (10 minutes: approx. 780 yen) This will require transfers and travel costs which can be burdensome.

    [Shuttle service]
    Limousine buses run from Takamatsu Airport to Sakaide Station in accordance with flight arrivals and departures.
    The fare from Takamatsu Airport to Sakaide Station is 800 yen. From Sakaide Station, take a taxi to our hotel. (10 minutes: about 780 yen)

  • Are there any services for children?

    We provide a toy and picture book rental service.
    This is one of our services that was born from customer feedback.
    Many customers find it difficult to pack their children’s toys into their luggage while traveling!
    The time you spend in your room is also a precious memory of your trip.

    We have blocks and picture books for children, as well as games for the whole family to enjoy!

    They are available for free rental at the front desk, so please feel free to ask our staff.
    We also provide robes and slippers for children.

  • Children’s gowns and slippers available

    Traveling with children can be a hassle with a lot of luggage.
    Our hotel provides robes and slippers for children.
    The gowns for little children are very cute ☆ Please feel free to use them.
    If you require one, please write it in the request section when making your reservation, or ask the front desk when you check in.

  • Are there any restrooms with baby cribs in the building?

    Yes, we do.
    There is a restroom with a baby bed on the first floor. Please feel free to use it.

  • Regarding use by children

    At our hotel, children under elementary school age can stay in the same bed as their parents, so if bedding is required, an additional 3,850 yen will be charged.
    In addition, breakfast is available at the Japanese and Western style buffet for infants (ages 4 and over) for 330 yen and for elementary school students for 880 yen!
    If you let us know in advance, we can also provide children’s slippers and robes!
    Even after you arrive at the hotel, you can borrow toys for free at the front desk. The number is limited, so it is on a first-come, first-served basis, but if you are a mother traveling with small children and the amount of toys and clothes you need to carry around can be a hassle, please feel free to use this service.

  • I’d like to know a recommended udon restaurant.

    Here is a guide to recommended udon restaurants.
    We also have a udon map available at the front desk, so please ask the front desk if you need one.

  • I want to find out about tourist attractions in the prefecture.

    We have set up a tourist information corner in front of the front desk.
    There are 15 guidebooks and pamphlets arranged by region.
    We provide tourist information for six regions: Sakaide, Marugame, Utazu, Zentsuji, Kotohira, and Takamatsu.
    The guidebook also includes information on udon, the Seto Inland Sea islands, pilgrimage routes, and family-friendly spots.
    We want children to become familiar with Kagawa, so we have prepared two picture books: “Udon U-yan” and “Run Gon,” about a visit to Konpira Shrine.
    Please use this to plan your schedule for the next day.

  • Are there any convenience stores or pharmacies nearby?

    Yes, we do.
    There is a Seven-Eleven just to the east of the hotel. Please use it for small shopping. There is also a Lawson store about a 5-minute walk away. There is also an ATM there.
    There are also drug stores called “Cosmos” and “Lady Pharmacy” located about a 10-minute walk away.

  • For customers using Reoma World Aquarium on the day

    For guests who wish to use Reoma World tickets or Shikoku Aquarium on the day of check-in, tickets will be prepared after completing the procedure and payment at the front desk.
    Pick-up in the morning is also possible.

  • Can I make copies, send or receive faxes, or print out?

    Yes, this is possible. Please contact the front desk.
